Bell Pepper Factoid

Dried bell peppers are so handy in the kitchen.  One cup of dried bell peppers rehydrate to 3 cups!!  What convenience!  When storing dried bell peppers, keep in glass jar with a tight lid.  They can be kept in refrigerator or freezer for several months.
