We do not recommend freezing the products that are prepared with mayo and sour cream or cream cheese. They have a tendency to lose their creamy texture once they are thawed.
We normally try to ship within 48 hours. Depending on where you live, you usually will receive an order in a week or less.

Yes, you may use low fat mayo and sour cream, yogurt, cream cheese, tofu or cottage cheese that has been creamed in a blender.

The products have a two (2) year shelf life when unopened and kept in a cool, dry, dark area. After the products are open, we suggest using within 2-3 months.
