How long can the products safely sit at room temperature, like during a party or get-together without spoiling?
We recommend not more than one hour. That way the dips can stay cold and delicious! Also, if you are serving outdoors in the summer, we recommend placing ice under the dips and changing the ice every hour.
Are there any hidden ingredients in your products, like fillers or extenders?
Absolutely not! Whatever you read on the ingredient panel, is what we put in the products.
Can the products be frozen?
We do not recommend freezing the products that are prepared with mayo and sour cream or cream cheese. They have a tendency to lose their creamy texture once they are thawed.
How long does it take to receive an order?
We normally try to ship within 48 hours. Depending on where you live, you usually will receive an order in a week or less.
After the products are prepared, how long will they last in the refrigerator?
We recommend using the products within a week.
Can I substitute the mayonnaise and sour cream for anything else?
Yes, you may use low fat mayo and sour cream, yogurt, cream cheese, tofu or cottage cheese that has been creamed in a blender.
Are your products totally organic?
Not at the current time. We purchase our herbs and spices from some of the best quality suppliers in the world!
What is the shelf life of the products?
The products have a two (2) year shelf life when unopened and kept in a cool, dry, dark area. After the products are open, we suggest using within 2-3 months.
